Pomona’s Restaurant is based in the Westbourne Green area of London and is run by Jay Decker with over 20 years of hospitality experience behind him.

It is always a pleasure to work with Ruth Hansom, the Head Chef at Pomona’s. Her passion for ethically sourced local ingredients has led to the all British menu at Pomona’s. Ruth has previously been Chef De Partie at The Ritz, Head Chef at Luton Hoo and won backing on BBC 2’s Million Pound Menu.

When she made the move back to London to start her position at Pomona’s she contacted me to let me know that she had a new menu that she wanted shot, so here we are….
