Sourdough Books
It has been an adventure, a pleasure and a treat for my taste buds to have worked with the amazing Elaine Boddy of Elaine_foodbod fame. She is an Instagram powerhouse with over 68K followers. Elaine was approached by the American publishing house Page Street Publishing to produce the book Whole Grain Sourdough at Home for global distribution. She wanted to choose her own photographer and after meeting up for a coffee and a chat we teamed up on this brilliant project.
Following on from the success of the first book Elaine was commissioned to write a second instalment titled The Sourdough Whisperer. We teamed up again for another 2 weeks of Sourdough filled photography and feasting and the results will be available later in 2022.
